Zeng Bin, a second-level inspector of the Legal Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, said that public security organs in various places have generally carried out online case handling, and the entire process of law enforcement and case handling has left traces on the Internet. From the time of receiving the report, the information of receiving the report is uniformly registered to the information system of receiving the report and filing the case. In the process of on-site law enforcement, it is required to use a law enforcement recorder to objectively and comprehensively record on-site law enforcement activities. Full coverage of video surveillance and full recording of law enforcement activities in the case area; When interrogating criminal suspects, the whole process of simultaneous audio and video recording; The property involved shall be recorded in detail.

Zeng Bin said that the establishment of a record mechanism for the whole process of law enforcement plays an important role in standardizing law enforcement activities, improving the efficiency of handling cases, and ensuring that the police perform their duties in accordance with the law and the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

In recent years, the Ministry of Public Security has simultaneously established an online law enforcement inspection system to strengthen law enforcement supervision.
